During the three-month training, which began in June, and continues till end of August, women will work primarily for the centre's four main areas — training department, women's empowerment, specialised business women's support unit and the PR and marketing unit, according to Mona Khamis of the specialised businesswomen's support unit.

The training provides experience of working in a real business environment and interacting with people.
