Bank of Baroda opens customer service centre

DUBAI — Bank of Baroda has extended its reach further by opening one more customer service centre at Karama.

At the Customer Service Centre, the customers can avail most of the services such as, opening of current/ savings/ NRE savings accounts, renewal of FDRs, cheque book issuance etc.

“With the opening of the CSC at a very convenient location our customers, patrons and well wishers need not go to the branches for their banking requirements. The services will be delivered to their doorsteps,” said Ashok Gupta, Chief Executive, GCC Operations, at the opening of the centre.

The bank is present in UAE for the last 36 years with six branches at Bur Dubai, Deira, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah and Al Ain and five customer service centres at Jebel Ali (Dubai), Mussaffa (Abu Dhabi), RAKIA, Al Qusais (Dubai) and Shaikh Zayed Road. With the opening of this CSC the bank has 12 branches and customer service centres in UAE.

In addition to this, the bank is shortly opening one more CSC at National Paints, Sharjah Industrial Area. Two more CSCs at Sharjah, near Ajman and Hamriya Free Zone, and Kalba (Sharjah) near Fujairah, are also planned in the near future . business@khaleejtimes.com
