A panel of 12 Superbrand Council Members together with the votes of some 500 CEOs and members of senior management from several corporate establishments in the region adjudged Gulf Air as a “Superbrand.” Gulf Air won this award in competition with over 1800 established brands in the region including several airlines such as Air Arabia, Air India, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Emirates, Etihad, KLM, Lufthansa, Singapore Airlines and Virgin Atlantic.

“This award has proved once again Gulf Air is one of the most powerful brands amid intense competition,” said Gulf Air Chief Commercial Officer, Willy Boulter. “As a pioneer of the Middle East aviation industry with nearly six decades of established presence, the Golden Falcon has etched an inerasable image in the minds of almost every traveller in the region.

The passion for innovation and high quality service delivery for which Gulf Air earned its reputation in the 70s and 80s continues even today.
