Kerala floods: UAE airlines to resume operations to Kochi today

Airlines from the UAE will resume operations to Cochin International Airport 14 days after it had to be shut down due to the Kerala floods. 
Etihad Airways will have two flights to Kochi. The first one will take off from Abu Dhabi International Airport at 1.55pm on Wednesday and land in Kochi at 7.30pm. Another flight will take off at 9.35pm to land at 3.10am on Thursday.
Ranjan Kumar Datta, Air India manager for Abu Dhabi and Al Ain region, said the airline's flight from Kochi will be the first to land in Abu Dhabi. An Air India Express fight from Kochi is expected to land in the UAE capital by 7.50pm.
From Dubai, flydubai will depart at 8pm and land at 1.40am on Thursday. An Emirates airline flight will depart at 9.25pm and land at 3am on Thursday. IndiGo will fly from Dubai at 11.10pm to land at 4.50am on Thursday.
From Sharjah, Air Arabia will fly at 1.10pm to land in Kochi by 6.40pm.
