Passengers will experience an even more seamless check-in with Emirates' newly introduced self check-in and bag drop kiosks at Terminal 3, Dubai International Airport.
Emirates has installed eight self-service check-in kiosks and 16 bag drop machines to allow fliers to receive boarding pass, choose seats on board, besides check-in and dropping off their bags.

However, this service is not available to customers travelling to the US, Canada, China, India and Hong Kong due to additional requirements from these destinations.
Although Emirates staff will be on hand for assistance, the service is aimed at reducing waiting time during peak periods and allow customers to swiftly proceed to immigration.
Developed in house at Emirates, in collaboration with Dubai Aviation Engineering Projects and Dubai Airports, the self check-in kiosks will be continually upgraded to offer new features in the future including going touch-less and allowing re-bookings.
Keeping in mind passengers' safety amid the pandemic, the self-service kiosks are cleaned and disinfected regularly and hand sanitizers are available throughout the airport for customers.
Moreover, Emirates also is offering flexible booking options on tickets purchased on or before 31 March 2021.?Customers can enjoy rebooking terms and options, in case they change their travel plans as they will have options to change travel dates, extend ticket validity for 2 years, or convert ticket into a travel voucher to use against any future flight-related purchase for themselves or their family and friends.
