Dubai-based carrier flydubai has suspended flights to Sudan following the situation on the ground.
"Due to the situation on the ground, flydubai flights to Khartoum and Port Sudan have been cancelled until 10 June," the airline said.
"In addition, customers will not be accepted for travel at their point of departure if they are connecting onto flights to Khartoum or Port Sudan," a statement on the website added.
Operations of Etihad and Emirates airlines to and from Khartoum also remain uncertain due to the political unrest in Khartoum. An Etihad Airways flight was delayed due to the security situation in the Sudanese capital, the airline said in a statement.
Etihad said it is monitoring the situation closely and affected guests are being provided hotel accommodation where required.
In Dubai, operations of Emirates flights to and from Khartoum will remain suspended until today.
"Until further notice, customers connecting onto Emirates flights to Khartoum and/or Flydubai flights to Khartoum or Port Sudan will not be accepted for travel at origin," the airline said.
On Wednesday, protest leaders turned down an offer by the ruling military council for talks and demanded justice for a crackdown that doctors said has left 108 people dead.
Security forces moved in to brutally disperse a protest sit-in on Monday.
