With flights to Dubai still affected amid the evolving situation in the Middle East, some airlines are operating services to other UAE airports such as Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah.

Air India and Air India Express said they will operate 44 scheduled and non-scheduled flights across the Middle East on Tuesday, with several UAE services redirected to airports outside Dubai.

The airline group said flights will continue to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah, while scheduled services to Dubai remain suspended.

Air India will operate scheduled return flights between Delhi and Jeddah and two services from Mumbai, while Air India Express will run its scheduled Kozhikode–Jeddah service.

Air India Express will operate ad-hoc flights to Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah and Sharjah, connecting those airports with Indian cities including Delhi, Kochi, Kozhikode, Kannur, Mangaluru and Mumbai, subject to slot availability.

However, no services are planned to Dubai on Tuesday, the airline said.

In Oman, Air India Express will operate scheduled flights between Muscat and Indian cities including Delhi, Kochi, Kozhikode, Mumbai and Tiruchirappalli.

In Saudi Arabia, Air India will continue scheduled services to Jeddah from Delhi and Mumbai, while Riyadh will receive ad-hoc flights from Delhi and Kozhikode.

Other Indian carriers also flagged disruptions on Dubai routes.

IndiGo said Dubai airport authorities have suspended landing permissions for aircraft operating into DXB until further notice, advising passengers travelling to or from Dubai to check their flight status before leaving for the airport.

SpiceJet said its operations to and from Dubai have been restricted, which may result in schedule changes. The airline said it is informing passengers through SMS and email.

Passengers booked on temporarily suspended routes can rebook for a later date without additional charges or opt for a full refund, the airline added.
