All villas at the Al Raha Gardens community development were sold to UAE nationals in two phases during June and July 2005.

Al Raha Gardens was the first property development to be offered for sale in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. It has been conceived as a fully integrated and gated community.

The development will comprise residential accommodation ranging from apartments and spacious multi bed roomed townhouses through to villas. These will be complemented by shops, schools and the emirate's most exclusive Polo Club and Polo Hotel set in the tranquil haven of an open park and landscaped environment.
