ALBA project management plans to enter UAE markets

DUBAI — ALBA, a German company, has decided to enter the Middle East market, to offer its know-how and services to the region.

Its project management services extend to every aspect of real estate, from project development to facility management, for new buildings, conversions and redevelopments.

ALBA today occupies a significant position in the markets in which it operates. With the inclusion of projects currently at the development, design or construction stage, ALBA has helped to implement investments with a volume exceeding 9 billion euros.

ALBA is wholly owned by the KG Allgemeine Leasing GmbH & Co. (KGAL). ALBA MENA is the new entity which will be operating in the region, bringing a wealth of experience and international standards to this market.

Dr Ahmed Mufeed Al Samerai has been appointed as the Chairman for ALBA MENA, hopes that ALBA will be able to service top tier clients, through executing their projects to international standards.
