"The process was fully transparent and was completed to an extremely high professional standard," said Abdullah. "Each applicant had an equal chance of being selected and I would like to congratulate Aldar on the fairness of the process."

Applicants’ names were selected at random, from of over 21,000 prospective purchasers who had earlier registered with Aldar for properties at Al Raha Gardens Phase 2. "As official and independent auditors, we monitored the entire selection process to ensure that there were no irregularities. We can confirm that those names selected were drawn in a fair and proper manner." said Bassam Hage of Ernst & Young.
