The Emirates Industrial City project, which is under development by Al Hanoo Holding in the Sajaa industrial district in Sharjah, covers an area of 83 million square feet, which is divided into eight sections. The City is a joint project between Al Hanoo Holding, Hamad Abdullah Al Zamil Co., Mohammed Abd Al Aziz Co., Al Seedan Real estate and Kal Development.
The project's eight sections have been specified for warehouses and logistic support; industrial investment areas that cater to investors' industrial needs. It also provides support services; commercial areas; an excellent location for company offices; permanent sale exhibitions for factories; multi-purpose business centres able to host other activities and services; and housing and general services, where the project provides an environment fit for building residential complexes for workers and employees, providing them with basic and social services such as health care and shopping centres.
