Al-Futtaim confirms large presence at Gitex 2003
DUBAI - Al-Futtaim Group's electronics division will again take part in this year's Gitex as they are the leaders in the electronics industry and enjoys a significant presence in the event which is the perfect forum for introducing the latest electronics products.
Al-Futtaim Group has reserved 324 square metres of floor space for its products. The three most popular brands of Al-Futtaim Electronics -Toshiba, Sanyo and Panasonic will take one stand each to promote the best in the electronics industry. Toshiba will display a range of super-thin pocket PCs and a range of notebook computers, Sanyo will exhibit a collection of LCD projectors, DVD home theatre, Digital voice recorders and Panasonic stand will display LCD and plasma televisions, digital cameras and the new D-snap. Along with this, the powerful retailer of the Group, Plug-ins ElectroniX will present new exciting offers from all major brands. Gitex has registered a remarkable 120 per cent growth in floor space this year.
