ADSB and OPB in Co-operation Agreement
ABU DHABI - The Offset Program Bureau (OPB) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Abu Dhabi Ship Building Company (ADSB) to strengthen their co-operation. The MoU was signed by Saif Mohamed Al Hajeri, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the OPB, and Bill Saltzer, CEO of the ADSB.
Caracal Starts Sales in Europe
Caracal International has signed an important deal in Italy, announced Saeed Al Shamsi, Commercial Director of Caracal LLC, the first state-owned fire-arm manufacturer in the Arab world.
The Abu Dhabi based company, a subsidiary of the Tawazun Holding, has started operations on the competitive civilian and law enforcement markets opening an export line to Italy.
“The first lot of pistols will be shipped shortly after IDEX 2009,” Al Shamsi added.
