Strategic Bet on Dubai South

Goel’s first move is centred on Dubai South, a district positioned around the expansion of Al Maktoum International Airport and the city’s next phase of economic activity. Rather than opting for mature areas, he chose a location aligned with future infrastructure and long-range urban planning.

“Some areas reflect today’s demand. Dubai South reflects the next decade,” he explains.

Golden Light’s first project, Courtyard One, is currently under construction, with two more developments advancing through planning and approvals.
