In today’s hyper-digital world, content creation has become second nature, and at Samsung, we believe creativity should never be constrained by complexity or equipment. With the Galaxy Z Fold7 and Galaxy Z Flip7, we’re entering a new chapter of mobile: one where sophisticated editing is no longer limited to experts or expensive software, but is available to anyone, anywhere, right from their smartphone.
Whether you’re refining a photo with generative edits or adding cinematic flair to everyday moments, Galaxy AI is powering an easy-to-use creative studio that fits in your pocket.
Smarter editing, in your hands
With social media now woven into the fabric of our day-to-day lives, our content is expected to look as polished as possible. Yet for many users, editing still feels like a daunting task reserved for professionals. That’s exactly where Galaxy AI comes in. We’re putting scroll-stopping content capabilities into the hands of every user.
Our Photo Assist feature, powered by Galaxy AI, gives users a complete editing toolkit using a generative AI model and advanced image understanding. This enables edits that are not only precise, but context-aware, removing unwanted objects, filling in backgrounds, and even regenerating details that weren’t originally captured, all with uncanny realism. It’s about restoring the moment as you meant to capture it.
And this isn’t new territory for us. Samsung first introduced AI-based object removal with Galaxy S21 Series years before others entered the space, and with every generation since, we’ve enhanced the capability, control, and usability of our editing tools.
Today, our Generative Edit feature delivers results so clean they’re nearly indistinguishable from the original photo, setting a new industry benchmark for what’s possible on a smartphone.
And with the expansive display of Galaxy Z Fold7, users can view original and edited versions side by side, edit across layers, and fine-tune details with more control than ever before.
Instant Cinematic Impact
When it comes to AI video editing, Samsung’s leadership is just as strong. Long before others began spotlighting new slow-motion features, Samsung started with Super Slow-Mo on the Galaxy S9 Series.
Now, we’re raising the bar again with Instant Slow-Mo, an AI-powered tool that enables users to apply smooth slow motion to any video instantly, without the need for special settings or high-speed cameras. Consumers can just long-press any part of a video (whether it’s one recorded or downloaded) and Galaxy AI will generate extra frames in real time. The result? Smooth, cinematic motion at 120 frames per second in 4K quality and 16x slowdown at 30 frames per second.
Using interpolation to generate new frames between existing ones in real time, Instant Slow-Mo brings fluidity and clarity to even the quickest moments, whether it’s a dance move, a balloon popping, or a pet’s playful leap. It’s another example of how Galaxy AI enables users to do more with what they already have in hand.
Built For Every User
At Samsung, our goal isn’t just to add new features – it’s to democratize meaningful AI. We’ve built Galaxy AI to be functional, intuitive, and accessible across user types. From our early adoption of AI-based editing to the ongoing innovation we deliver with every new smartphone launch, our vision is rooted in enhancing real-world experiences for as many users as possible.
We understand that today’s consumers are diverse. Some are documenting their daily lives, others are building careers around content, and some are simply capturing memories to look back on. But all of them want tools that are smart, seamless, and capable, and that’s exactly what the Galaxy Z Fold7 and Z Flip7 deliver.
Because we believe creativity should never be limited by complexity. With Galaxy AI, it isn’t.
