In recent months, Agnice’s acceleration has been driven by the signing of multiple large-scale industrial projects exceeding Dh500 million, all currently in various stages of execution. These include major facilities for Eaton, CWT–Toll, Dubai South, FG Glass Manufacturing Facility, and the Baskin Robbins Production Facility in Dubai.

Alongside its growing portfolio of ongoing developments, the company also recently completed the TLM4 Chemical Warehouse and Light Industrial Units (LIUs) for RHS Group, further strengthening its track record in specialised and high-compliance industrial environments.
