Bollywood: Salman Khan to take 'instructions' from Jackie Shroff in 'Radhe'
Mumbai - Reports indicate that he will play Salman's boss in the upcoming film.
According to reports in Indian media outlets, veteran actor Jackie Shroff will play Salman Khan’s boss in his upcoming film Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai. Jackie had earlier essayed the role of Salman’s father in Bharat.
Jackie’s Radhe character has been described as “quirky and interesting”. He will take on the part of a “senior officer" who Salman’s character takes instructions from. According to reports Salman was cautious about Jackie resuming shooting after the Covid lockdown and was concerned about his health, so ensured that Jackie’s portions in the film were shot quickly and in a confined space in studios in Karjat and Mumbai.
Radhe was due to release on Eid this year but was pushed due to the coronavirus pandemic. The film also stars Disha Patani and Randeep Hooda. A new release date is yet to be announced.
