Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt on Thursday confirmed that she has tested negative for Covid-19, in a health update she shared on Instagram story.
Alia also informed that she had resumed work .
"I've been reading all your messages of concern and care. I have tested negative for covid-19 and after isolating and speaking with my doctors, I am back to work from today. Thank you all for your good wishes! I am taking care and staying safe! You please do the same. Love to you all #dogazkidoori #maskhaizaroori," she said.
The actress took the Covid test after the director Sanjay Leela Bhansali of her latest Gangubai Kathiawadi in Mumbai tested positive for coronavirus earlier this week. She had been shooting for the film.
Alia and rumoured boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor were also shooting for their upcoming fantasy-action film Brahmāstra before Ranbir tested Covid-19 positive. The actor is under home quarantine.
