Bollywood: Aamir Khan tests positive for Covid-19

Bollywood star Aamir Khan has tested positive for coronavirus. The news was first reported by an Indian web portal on Wednesday. The actor is reportedly isolating at his home in Mumbai and following all Covid guidelines.

A source close to Aamir Khan told Pinkvilla, "Aamir has tested positive for the virus, and has home quarantined himself. He has also informed his staff to take the test, to take all the necessary precautions and follow all the guidelines to the T. He will resume shooting for Laal Singh Chaddha after he completely recovers."

Aamir was recently spotted at the Mumbai screening of Koi Jaane Na, a film by his friend Amin Hajee. The thriller stars Amyra Dastur and Kunal Kapoor. He has a cameo in one of the film's songs, Har Funn Maula, where he dances with Elli AvrRam.
