Kingfisher CEO Sanjay Aggarwal said the airline, which stopped flying early this month, would be back in the sky in the next few weeks. He spoke to reporters Thursday after meeting with representatives of the striking workers.

The airline’s management is now expected to approach the Indian government for restoration of its license which was suspended last week following concerns about the safety of passengers.

The cash-strapped airline had stopped selling tickets on its website through Oct. 20 as it tried to persuade pilots and engineers to return to work.
