An Indian man has been stabbed to death at his residential place in Abbasiya in Kuwait City on Saturday.
According to Malayala Manorama report, the victim, Rajesh Radhakrishan (28), is a native of Thrissur in Kerala. Police have taken a Keralite into custody in connection with the case.
On last Wednesday, a Keralite woman nurse was also found murdered at her flat in Oman.
Linson Thomas, husband of Chikku Robert who was found dead in her apartment in Salalah, is still under police detention.
Times of Oman released a statement in which Indra Mani Pandey, the Indian ambassador to Oman was quoted as saying:
"As per the latest information available to us, he is still under detention. Another person who was under detention has been released."
Chikku Robert was found dead in her apartment in Salalah with stab marks on her body, late at night on April 20. 2015.
On April 22, in an official briefing in New Delhi, the Indian government's official spokesperson had said that a Pakistani national, her neighbor, and her husband are under detention and are being investigated.
She was supposed to be on duty by 10pm on Wednesday, but as she did not turn up for work, Linson Thomas, her husband, who is also working in the same hospital, went to the apartment to look for her, where she was found her lying dead.
