ZFIC, ADHSC board of directors appointed
ABU DHABI — General Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, has issued two resolutions, appointing boards of directors of the Zayed Foundation for Islamic Culture (ZFIC) and the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (ADHSC).
According to the first resolution, the ZFIC’s board of directors shall consist of Dr Timethon Winter, Dr Nasr Arif, Dr Basim Aitani, Dr Mohammed Bassam Al Zain and Keisha Bu.
The second resolution appoints Dr Ahmed Mubarak Al Mazrouei as chairman of ADHSC’s board of directors.
Other members are Saif Badr Al Qubaisi, Zaid Daoud Al Suksuk, Abu Bakr siddiq Khouri and Ali Eid Al Muhairi.
The board members shall serve a three-year term that is renewable for a second three years.
