Zayed issues federal decrees
ABU DHABI - The President, His Highness, Shaikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, has issued federal decree No.52 for 2003, appointing Dr Abdul Rahim Abdullah Gaafar as medical adviser at the Ministry of Health in the rank of a minister. The decree comes into effect as from Sept. 2, 2003. Shaikh Zayed issued federal decree No. 53 for 2003, appointing Humaid Saeed Amer Al Niyadi as Deputy Director of the President's office, in the rank of under-secretary.
