Dr Mohamed Abdulla Murad, Director of Decision Making Centre of the Dubai Police, inaugurated the workshop, which will continue till January 18.
Dr Murad said that the Centre was the first to organise a scientific conference on the subject. He explained that the quantitative and qualitative indictors were speedily available due to the advances in the communication field and information technology.
