Workers, Drivers Hurt in Bus Crash
AL AIN - Nineteen labourers and two drivers suffered injuries after two buses carrying them were involved in crash in Mussafah Industrial Area in the capital on Sunday morning.
Major Khalifa Al Khili, Director of Highway Traffic and Patrols Section, said the accident was due to speeding as the drivers were trying to reach the labourers to worksites in time.Drivers of both buses and other 11 workers suffered severe injuries, six medium and two minor injuries.
