Women military academy visited
AJMAN — The Umm Al Momineen Association in coordination with Ajman Educational Zone organised a visit to the Khawla bint Al Azwar Military Academy for Women in Abu Dhabi recently.
The visit was part of the association's plans of visiting government establishments providing services that contribute to promoting women in public life.
The director of the Childhood Section, the director of Education, Training and Cultural Affairs section, supervisors of the Al Rayan Club and a number of social service workers and students from various high schools in Ajman were included in the delegation.
The delegation members were welcomed by Brigadier Jumma Al Zawahri, Director of the Academy who briefed them about the activities at the schools and the training imparted to women to participate in military services.
