As per the court records, F.S, 21, a housewife, forged the entry and exit papers of Rashid Port on October 13, 2007 with the help of another accused who is still at large.

She also forged the personal data in an Iraqi passport. She then used the forged documents to take a car on rent. J.M., 39, Egyptian, had earlier testified that F.S came to the car rental office where he worked and presented him with an Iraqi passport in the name of D.M. "She took a Range Rover car and never returned it," he said.

A police officer had already testified that F.S had swindled many car rental offices by providing them with forged documents.

She was held in Ajman on October 25 last year.
