Watchman Charged with Indecent Act
DUBAI —A man went on trial on Thursday in a Dubai court on the charge of indulging in an indecent act.
The complainant, a 21-year-old Filipina, stated that the accused, a watchman, followed her into the lift of her building and hugged and kissed her.
The accused, a 36-year-old Bangladeshi national, also asked her to kiss him but she refused.
The accused allegedly warned the Filipina from reporting the matter to anyone, but on reaching home she informed her father, who called the police.
