A Saudi royal in coma for the past 14 years moved his head for the first time in an emotional clip that has gone viral on social media.
Princess Rima bint Talal, daughter of Saudi billionaire Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, posted a clip of her cousin, Prince Waleed bin Khaled, moving his head for the first time in 14 years after he slipped into a coma following a car accident.

It is noteworthy that Prince Alwaleed visited his nephew in the hospital - first - after he was released from the Ritz-Carlton, clearing his name in corruption charges in 2018.
