US Keen To Boost Relations with UAE
ABU DHABI —New US Ambassador to the UAE Richard Olson on Tuesday conveyed his government’s interest in boosting relations with the UAE in various fields to His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, during a meeting at the Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi.
Shaikh Mohammed wished him success in his mission of serving the mutual interests of the two friendly countries.
Shaikh Mohammed also received the new Omani Ambassador, Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Ali Al Qutbi, who conveyed to him greetings from His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said. The Vice-President wished him all success.
Present at the meetings were Shaikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister, Reem Ibrahim Al Hashimi, Minister of State, and other officials.
