UAE urges open market among OIC member countries
NIAMEY, Niger - Yusuf Obaid Al-Nuaimi, Member of the Federal National Council (FNC), has called for the need to search for a clear-cut mechanism to boost investment among member states of the Organisation of Islamic Conference (OIC) to open their markets for member countries as well as for Arab and Muslim investors.
Al-Nuaimi, who made the statement in his contribution to a discussion during a meeting of the OIC Political and Economic Committee, currently being held here in the capital of the Republic of Niger, said there is the need for member nations to do away with all obstacles hindering trade among member nations.
He called for a general review of the organisation’s resolutions before drawing meeting agendas.
