UAE to distribute 423 tonnes of dates
ABU DHABI — The UAE will distribute 423 tonnes of dates during the holy month of Ramadan to poor and needy people in a number of Muslim countries.
Acting on instructions of the President, His Highness Shaikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the UAE Armed Forces has already started transporting the President’s donation to Jordan, Morocco, Lebanon, Somalia, Iraq, Tanzania and Afghanistan.
