UAE reaffirms stance on occupied islands
BALI — The UAE has reaffirmed its stance on its three occupied islands of Abu Musa, Greater and Lesser Tunbs.
This came in a speech delivered here yesterday by Mohammed Abdullah Al Zaabi at the meeting of the International Parliamentary Union.
Al Zaabi was quoted as saying that UAE is still calling for the solution either through direct negotiations between the countries or by referring the issue to the International Court of Justice.
He called upon the delegates to support UAE’s just case.
