UAE police for strong ties with the media
ABU DHABI — The UAE police is looking forward to establishing a strong partnership with the media, said Interior Minister Lt. General Shaikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
In a statement read on his behalf at a Press conference held here yesterday at a seminar on the relationship between the police and the media, Shaikh Saif said, “Both parties have a very important mission: to serve and protect society.” One of the objectives of the seminar, according to Shaikh Saif, is to identify effective means for communicating accurate information to the public.
