UAE National bags the first Lexus Mega Raffle

The start of the much-anticipated 15th edition of Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) marked the beginning of the Lexus Mega Raffle Draw in front of a huge audience at Global Village.

The first lucky winner of a Lexus LS 460 and Dh 100,000 in cash turned out to be Mohammad Hamad Saif, a UAE national, holder of coupon number 2929.

When informed of his winning, Mohammad said, “I thank God for this blessing. I cannot believe that I won. I am very surprised to have won Lexus and cash. I also thank DSF for giving us the opportunity to get these amazing prizes. It is indeed a dream come true.”

A whopping Dh 16 million worth of prizes are being given away in this year’s spectacular DSF Lexus Mega Raffle. An unfailing attraction of every DSF since the first edition in 1996, the Lexus Mega Raffle has become synonymous with the Festival.

It is also noteworthy that the raffle has given away 1338 Lexus cars and SUVs and millions of dirhams in cash as prizes until last year. The draw is sponsored by the Al Futtaim Group, a key sponsor of DSF 2010.

As DSF celebrates its 15^th edition, the Lexus Mega Raffle is giving raffle enthusiasts a dream opportunity to take home a Lexus LS 460 and Dh 100,000 in cash every day for 32 days of DSF. To add to the excitement, coupons collected through the week will be entered into another draw where one lucky winner will get the keys to one of four custom edition Lexus LX 570 SUVs encrusted with 5 carat diamonds.

Every ticket will thus have a second chance at winning an amazing prize.

The daily prize is worth around Dh 450,000 and the weekly prize is roughly worth Dh 400,000. The draw will be held at Global Village at 10pm every day and telecast live on Sama Dubai TV. Each coupon costs Dh 200.
