UAE doctors now available via telehealth platform

Prime Hospital Dubai introduces a new medical service that allows patients to continue treatments in the comfort of their homes

Nationals and residents of the UAE can now access medical consultation via phones though Prime Hospital Dubai's telehealth platform, Tele Prime, licensed by the Dubai Health Authority.
The service is currently available for existing patients of Prime, who can book an appointment for the telehealth service through 04-707 0777. During consultation, a patient's attending doctor will use a platform to communicate with them, while viewing his/her medical record. The doctor will then issue an electronic prescription to Medi Prime Pharmacy, who will ensure that the medicines to homes without any additional charges. Patients shouldn't worry much about availing the Tele Prime service, as it is approved by most insurance networks in the UAE, which cover consultations and medication plans.
