Abu Dhabi - Two UAE relief planes, part of the second air and sea bridge to Yemen, loaded with food stuff and health materials, arrived in Yemen on Saturday morning.
The gesture came in the framework of the directives of the President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, that are aimed to provide food and health assistance to the Yemeni people suffering from severe shortage of food and medicines due to the catastrophic developments witnessed by the country.
The two aid planes were part of the air bridge implemented by the Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation.
