Two Pakistani nationals in their forties died yesterday on the spot during collision took place in the central region.
The accident caused serious injuries to the 22-year-old Emirati who was rushed to the hospital by police ambulance.
Police said that they received a call about the accident and immediately dispatched the nearest patrol team, traffic experts, and ambulance team to the site.
The two Pakistanis were already dead and the UAE national was bleeding. The ambulances rushed the injured to Al Dhaid Hospital and shifted the bodies of deceased to the morgue.
The police said that the accident occurred due to over speeding and lack of attention. As the two cars collided, the strong impact made the deceased's car turn over several times, leading to their immediate death.
The Police has urged the motorists to follow the traffic safety rules and abide by highway speed limits.
