Two jailed for smoking marijuana
DUBAI - The Dubai Criminal Court of First Instance recently sentenced a 24-year-old Nigerian, A.D., to four years in jail and his compatriot, F.A., 19, to one year in jail for smoking marijuana. They would be deported after serving their jail terms.
As per court records, the convicted Nigerians, used marijuana on New Year’s eve. They also admitted that F.A.’s brother was the supplier.
