It was noticed that in some classes, the number of students had increased to 56 where not more than 20 could be accommodated. Also, the fifth and sixth grades were merged into one class due to shortage of classrooms with the teachers teaching two different classes in the same room.

Authorities said that the school has been regularly flouting rules and regulations for the last 10 years. The visit also revealed that the school had reduced electricity consumption, which subsequently affected lighting in the classes and stopped the functioning of the air-conditioning, much to the discomfort of the students and staff. The committee also discovered that women teachers were employed to teach boys and the age gap between the female teachers and the male students was not too much. The school had built additional rooms flouting Municipality's regulations and refused to demolish them.
