They have been transferred as a disciplinary action to two separate schools outside the Abu Dhabi Educational Zone. But, in our opinion, this transfer order needs to be reviewed. We welcome the order of removing the two employees from their previous educational assignments, but feel that they should not have been transferred to other schools.

This would have sent out a clear message to other staffers whether in teaching or administrative positions that irresponsible and violent behaviour will not be tolerated. School staff should set a true example for students to follow. It is essential for students to imbibe values in school and develop virtues like patience and tolerance to settle arguments by dialogue without resorting to violence.

Whosoever does not abide by the values, should be expelled from the sacred places of learning. Students need to learn good manners besides studying.
