Concert goers are in for a treat with several high-profile acts coming to town to keep residents entertained. Favourite Disney characters are all set to take over with Disney on Ice, a fun show for the whole family. Fans of Korean pop can look forward to the K-Pop concert, including EXO for the first time in Dubai. For '90s music lovers, the Backstreet Boys is a headline act of this year's fusion music festival. More nostalgia is on the way as the group Steps takes centrestage.
Creativity and ideas are widely promoted by the leaders of our nation. The ING Creative Festival brings together designers, artists and creative people from all over the world. Van Gogh Alive is an acclaimed art exhibition showcasing works by the Dutch painter Vincent van Gogh.
We all need large doses of happiness in our lives. The International Day of Happiness celebrations at Global Village was a big hit. Residents had loads of fun activities and interactive games at the amphitheatre. The event encouraged guests to share happy moments turning the venue into a 'happiness factory'.
