Tagliolini allaragosta

Serves: 1
Tagliolini pasta 100 gm
Lobster with shell, meat cut into cubes 200 gm
Garlic, chopped ½ tsp
Onion, chopped 1 tsp
Parsley, chopped 1 tsp
Extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp
Napoletana sauce (tomato sauce) 100 ml
Salt a pinch
Pepper a pinch
Heat some extra virgin olive oil on medium heat in a pan then sauté the garlic and onion.
Add the cubed lobster meat and sauté again with the Napoletana sauce for 4 minutes.
Add a pinch of salt, pepper and chopped parsley then turn off the fire.
Cook the pasta by boiling it in water for 2 minutes with some salt.
Remove the pasta from the boiler and mix with the lobster sauce.
Cook again for 2 minutes and serve.
