Study on open airspace published
ABU DHABI — The Information Affairs Office of Shaikh Sultan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, has published a study entitled ‘Concept of Open Airspace and State Sovereignty’.
This study analyses the various development stages of the concept of open airspace and the international principles and agreements that govern this notion, highlighting the disparity of international positions in this regard.
Moreover, the book also highlights the various economic and legal implications involved in opening up the airspace.
