"It is my first time abroad, thanks to KT. Despite the fact that the period we spent was short, I have learned so much that will help me in my career," she said and added that the training course added a lot to her experience in journalism.

Fatah AL Rahman, editor of a weekly business magazine, Al Iktisadi, praised Khaleej Times for the training they had. "It was a great opportunity to be associated with a renowned international newspaper like Khaleej Times and to work with its journalists for a while. We are very proud and look forward to coming back and learning more of the journalistic techniques," he said.

Abdulmoneim Shaikh Idris, head of business section of Al Hayat newspaper, said that he was so impressed by the high degree of efficiency and sophistication the newspaper adapts in reporting and production.

"The amount of transparency and strong hot stories of controversial nature are among the things that I come across at KT during this short period of time. I hope we shall be able to copy what this paper produces for its readers."

Ayda Mustafa, Business Editor, Akhabar Al Youm, said, "The training has definitely enhanced my journalism skills. I benefited in terms of covering the economic activities and investment opportunities in Dubai. Khaleej Times is a model for modern journalism for the Arab world."
