His Highness Dr Shaikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah on Monday inspected progress at tourism infrastructures projects in Al-Dhaid area, including the Al-Bardi Kabeer Park, set to be a tourist destination.
He noted that the park, which stretches over an area of 14 square kilometres will feature the world's largest safari outside Africa with 50,000 animals.
The park will be inaugurated after one and half years.
Meanwhile, Shaikh Sultan approved a plan to construct a sewage system in Al Dhaid City at a cost of Dh 80 million.
