Sharjah Human resource conference to kick off on January 31

Sharjah - The conference will include four main themes based on a scientific vision.

The Fifth Sharjah Human Resources Conference will be held on January 31 at Sharjah University, officials announced on Monday.
Under the patronage of Highness Dr. Shaikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, member of Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, the forum will kick off on January, 31 until February 1, 2018.
The forum which will be organised under the title "Modern qualification strategies in the knowledge-based society " and will be attended by specialists, academics, administrators and officials from the public and private sectors.
Dr. Tariq Sultan Bin Khadim, Member of Sharjah Executive council and Chairman of Human Resource Department said that the conference will be organised in cooperation with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the Federal Human Resources Authority, the Emirates Institute for Banking Studies and the University of Sharjah.
The conference will highlight many important issues in the field of human resources as part of the completion of the distinguished march of the previous four human resources conferences which were held under titles "human capital and sustainable development", "the social responsibility of the private sector in supporting human resources", "the issue of empowering national cadres", and "Strategic plans for Human resource".
 
Bin Khadim added that this year's conference represents a qualitative leap in its organization in terms of partners and axes and choosing the subject to meet an important need through its carefully chosen interlocutors to cover all its aspects. The conference aimed at contributing to the achievement of a strategy at the federal and local level to employ knowledge and innovation in public policies to qualify the UAE workforce on the basis of quality and efficiency in this knowledge-based society.
He added that the conference will include four main themes, developed by experts, academic professionals and human resource professionals based on a scientific vision.
The knowledge society includes concepts, foundations, challenges, innovative visions, applied models of the knowledge-based society in business environments, as well as a focus on interactive communication technology and building a knowledge society.  
The workshops to be organised on the sideline of conference represent an important platform to achieve a common vision in the development of all human resources to be a priority in preparing for Work and are more capable and skilled with new data.
