The decision also mentioned the importance of presenting the original health card from the place of the manufacturing, attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Embassy of the UAE in the country of manufacturing, beside a certificate from the Chamber of Commerce of manufacturing country to prove the marketing of the products in its origin country for three consecutive years.

The articles of the decision also warned the companies, that are being subjected to inspection by the municipality, not to display any products that are not meeting the health requirements or carrying the above mentioned certificates to be presented during inspection campaigns.

The decision also mandates the health section to launch intensified inspection campaign targeting the commercial outlets that deal in above mentioned items. The decision further states that the violators will be subjected to fine and confiscation of their invalid products.
