In an effort to create awareness about the university and its programmes offered, the university, through its local representative in Dubai, has from February 14, started identifying, advising and selecting potential students for the university for the academic year which starts in September.

The 600-year old university consists of a community of 6,500 students spread over four faculties - Arts, Science, Medicine, and Divinity. Students studying in these faculties benefit from flexible degree structures, which means undergraduates could be studying a range of courses in both Arts and Science simultaneously before deciding on the majors.

At the undergraduate level, the university offers the following four-year programmes: Master of Arts, Master of Theology, Bachelor of Divinity, Bachelor of Science, plus four/five-year advanced undergraduate programmes in the sciences - Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, and Science.
