During the meeting with RTA officials including Obaid Al Mulla, CEO of Public Transport Agency and Abdul Majeed Al Khaja, CEO of the Rail Agency, bilateral relations between neighbouring AGCC countries and ways of developing them were discussed.
Al Mulla briefed the Saudi minister on the latest projects and strategic initiatives launched by RTA.The meeting also exchanged information pertaining to the development of different services, monitoring systems, smart cards, GPS, utilisation of clean fuel, unified systems of using different public transport modes like, buses, metro, light train, tram, marine transport and taxis.
